SETUP GUIDE · THREE STAGES
A simple path to better follow-ups.
Connect your leads, set up an agent, then review what is ready. Here is how Nudge works today.
Bring your leads into Nudge
- 1
Share your Google Sheet with the service address below as an Editor.
This gives Nudge access to the lead information you choose to connect.
- 2
Open Setup, paste your Google Sheet link under “Connect your Google Sheet”, then tap “Save and continue”. Your leads sync into Nudge so follow-ups can start.
Skipped setup? You can paste the link any time in Settings → Connections → Google Sheet URL.
- 3
Next, connect your WhatsApp Business number — this step is optional. If you would rather do it later, tap “Not ready? Skip for now”.
You can manage the connection later in Settings → Connections.

homu-media@homumedia.iam.gserviceaccount.comGive your agent a voice and a plan
- 1
Open Agents and tap “+ New agent”. Give it a name and pick a quick pick — like “New launch buyers” — to fill in when the agent should take over.
- 2
In “How should it talk?”, set the tone and the goal. Then pick knowledge folders under “What can it use?” and tap “Create agent”.
Folders live in Library — add brochures, price lists or other documents there first.
- 3
For follow-ups after the 24-hour window, approve messages in Templates and add them to the agent’s workflow.
After a lead messages you, WhatsApp lets you reply freely for 24 hours. After that, you can only reach out with a pre-approved template.
Review the next follow-up
- 1
Open Home. Follow-ups appear one at a time with the lead’s context and a “Why now” reason.
The cards at the top count what is waiting — inside the 24-hour window, outside it, and what needs you.
- 2
Read the draft, then choose Send, Edit draft or Skip.
The Auto-send switch at the top of Home stays off for now — automatic sending is coming soon. Nothing goes out until you tap Send.
- 3
Open Conversations for the full thread — search it, filter by agent, or tap “Take over manually” when a lead needs you.
Opens this chat in WhatsApp so you can reply yourself.
